Shredderman Booking Terms and Conditions
Shredderman is a trial service available to residents in private households in Wychavon, Redditch Borough and Worcester City. Bookings are taken by telephone on 0845 6021939 between 9am and 3pm. Appointments are made for mornings or afternoons. Morning appointment times will fall between 8.30am and 1.00pm. Afternoon appointment times will fall between 12.00noon and 3.00pm. Full payment to be made by credit or debit card at time of booking. Bookings made as soon as mutually convenient. Multiple bookings accepted at the discretion of call centre operatives. Private householders only. Administration charges may apply in respect of cancelled appointments. Cancellation and refund policy available on request from the above telephone number. An appointment covers up to one hour at the premises which includes time taken in administration and clearing up. Price subject to change without notice. Customers or their representatives to be present at the premises while the service is being provided. Shredded material left with customers in bags is not to be taken to a household recycling centre. Customers’ names and addresses will be held by Worcestershire County Council in accordance with the Council’s data protection policy and will be used for administration of the Shredderman service and for no other purpose. Customers’ details will not be shared with anyone else without the customer’s prior written permission.
